symbol imageCoaching is a great opportunity for those who have aspirations and goals they’d like to achieve. The process works better when you are absolutely ready to make significant changes and are prepared to commit to the process.

         The following coaching assessment will help you determine just how ready you are.
Choose the number that represents the strongest feeling you have for the statement.

Final scoring key:
          60 – 48 You are extremely ready to leap! Stephanie can expect a lot from you.
47 – 36 You are ready for coaching. Take the first step!
35 – 24 You’re ready, but you’ll need to work on following through and staying focused.
24 – 12 You may want to start with one of our programs. Stephanie will walk you through the process.
